A Mumbai Sessions Court on Tuesday granted bail to Pune blast suspect Abdul Samad on a surety of Rs 25,000.
The Pune court has asked Samad to give his address and mobile phone details to the investigating officer. He has also been told that he cannot leave the country without the court's permission. His passport has to be deposited with the investigating officer.
He was arrested from Mangalore on May 24 for allegedly supplying fire arms to three other accused last year.
In August 2009, three persons were arrested from south Mumbai for possession of illegal firearms which, according to the ATS, were supplied by Abdul Samad.
The February 13 Pune German Bakery blast had left 17 people dead.
