Somdev, who became first Indian in 13 years to qualify for French Open, has been seeded third in the qualifying event of grass court Grand Slam.
It will be first meeting between the two players. US-based Indian Prakash Amritraj will play his first match against 28th-seeded German Dieter Kindlmann.
Both the players will also fight it out in the doubles qualifiers and interesting have drawn each other for the opener with their respective partners.
While Somdev has teamed up with Philippines' Treat Conrad Huey, Prakash has joined hands with Yves Allegro of Switzerland
