Supreme Court pulls up Amar Singh over phone-tapping caseNew Delhi: The Supreme Court today severely reprimanded former Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh for wasting the court's time in the telephone-tapping case. The court's observation came after Singh withdrew accusations against the Congress over intercepting his phone calls. "Look at the way the court is treated. Is it appropriate for this court to spend hours together on your petition based on your fabricated evidence. Why should the court interfere for a person who himself is not clean?", the court thundered.
