Pakistan make 268-9 in 5th ODI against NZ

Shehzad took 115 from 104 balls, sharing partnerships of53 with Kamran Akmal, 47 with Younis Khan and 77 with Misbahul-Haq to steer Pakistan to competitive total after being sentin by New Zealand''s acting captain Ross Taylor.


Regular New Zealand captain Daniel Vettori missed thegame with a hamstring strain.

Pakistan lead the six-match series 2-1 after winning thethird and fourth matches. New Zealand won the first and thesecond was abandoned due to rain.
