New Delhi: Santosh Mane, the bus driver whose road rage claimed 9 lives in Pune in January this year, will be produced before a Sessions court on Monday. The Officials will also be submitting Mane’s medical record.
A local court had earlier directed the police to send Mane to the mental hospital for observation.
Mane has been kept under observation at the Regional Mental Hospital in Yerwada on the recommendation of doctors.
He was taken to the hospital after police applied to the Judicial Magistrate for suspension of his police custody, and got the permission.
