Ace lyricist Vairamuthu has started his journey way back in 80’s and is still going strong in his career. His first song was Ponmalai Pozhudhu for Nizhalgal and his latest song is Arima Arima from ‘Endhiran’. So far he has penned 7000 songs. He worked with almost all the musicians starting from Illayaraja- A.R Rahman. It’s quite difficult to remember so many songs penned by him so Vairamuthu is coming up with a collection pack of 1000 best songs.
This collection pack will be released on January 2nd on a grand scale. Chief Minister M Karunanidhi will give the first copy of 1000 songs to Super star Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan. K. Balachander, Bharathiraja, Mani Ratnam, Shankar, MS Viswanathan, Vaali, AR Rahman, FEFSI Chief VC Guhanathan and other renowned personalities will grace the event.
