Four-year-old boy murdered in Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam: A four-year old boy was abducted and murdered allegedly by a woman who had an "illicit" relationship with his father in Jeedigummali village here, police said today. The deceased Vijay was kidnapped from his house on Friday evening allegedly by the accused Shanti, who then killed him yesterday and put the body in a gunny bag and dumped it on the outskirts of the village, they said. Based on preliminary probe said, police said, "illicit" relation between the boy's father and the woman seemed to be reason for the crime. The accused reportedly developed a grudge against the father of the deceased as he had distanced her and was not visiting her house in the recent past, police said adding a hunt was launched to nab the accused who was absconding.
