The much awaited film 7 Khoon Maaf, scheduled for next week release, is now facing promotional troubles. John Abraham, who plays one of Priyanka's husbands in the film, has boycotted SKM's promotions. But what went wrong?
John had no problem playing second fiddle to his leading lady Priyanka Chopra. But he is apparently unhappy about being treated at par with other screen husbands. "John was not ready to share the limelight with Priyanka's other six screen-husbands. He was under the impression that he would be given more prominence over his colleagues and not be relegated to being 'just another husband' in Priyanka's domestic harem,' a source Told.
However, the director of SKM, Vishal Bharadwaj, doesn't believe in giving John or other actors any special treatment. "Vishal was very clear that none of the seven male leads was going to get any preferential treatment in the film, or otherwise. Each of them is an equal and important chapter in the protagonist's life. Be it Naseer, his son Vivaan, or even John," the source informed the tabloid.
John was expecting posters and hoardings featuring him with Priyanka but was left disappointed. He has now dumped the promotional events that the director had planned keeping all the seven husbands in mind. "With Vishal refusing to oblige John, the star took it rather personally," the source added.
However, John didn't mind sharing the limelight with his co-star from New York, Neil Nitin Mukesh.

Well, John is acting quite unfair!
